We have some exciting news to share, and it is a moment that truly means a lot to us here at Good Earth.
Good Earth Pest Company was recognized at the Oregon State University Center for Family Enterprise’s Excellence in Family Business Awards and received the Family Harmony Award at their 40th Anniversary Gala. This award celebrates family businesses that work together with trust and respect, and build a company culture that makes everyone feel like they belong.
For us, that starts with the foundation set more than 35 years ago. A small family business built right here in Oregon with a simple goal of improving the lives of the people we serve. Today, we remain second generation owned and operated, and that original purpose continues to guide every decision we make.
We believe the best workplaces are built on genuine care. Care for our clients. Care for the environment. Care for each other. We call it the Good Earth Family. It shows up in our everyday interactions. From answering the phone with warmth, to standing behind our work with integrity, to celebrating each other’s success whenever we get the chance…we truly care.
Receiving this award is a testament to our entire team. They treat clients like neighbors and coworkers like family. We are incredibly proud of them.
We are also grateful for the communities that have supported us for so long. Corvallis, Albany, Salem, Lebanon and Eugene are special places to call home. Knowing that our business has made a positive impact here fuels us every day.
